Our Data Practices

ClearMind AI, operated by PureSoft Ltd, is designed with privacy in mind. We do not store your audio recordings, text inputs, or processed results on our servers. All data is processed in real-time and discarded immediately after the response is returned to your device. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy.

What Data We May Have

Due to our minimal data collection practices, the only data that may exist related to your usage is:

• Usage quota data — Stored locally on your device (not on our servers). You can clear this by uninstalling the app.
• Subscription information — Managed by Apple and RevenueCat (not stored by us directly). See below for how to manage this data.

How to Delete Local Data

All app data stored on your device can be deleted by uninstalling ClearMind AI. This will remove all locally stored usage data, preferences, and cached content.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to request deletion of any data associated with your use of ClearMind AI from our systems or third-party services, please:

• Send an email to m@puresoftltd.com
• Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line
• Provide your App Store receipt or any identifying information related to your purchase (if applicable)

Timeline

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the request has been completed.

Subscription Data

If you have an active Pro subscription, subscription data is managed by Apple through the App Store. To cancel your subscription and manage subscription data:

• Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
• Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions
• Select ClearMind AI and tap Cancel Subscription
• Or visit Apple's subscription management guide for detailed instructions
• To request deletion of subscription data held by Apple, contact Apple Support directly
