Our Data Practices
ClearMind AI is designed with privacy in mind. We do not store your audio recordings, text inputs, or processed results on our servers. All data is processed in real-time and discarded immediately after the response is returned to your device.
What Data We May Have
Due to our minimal data collection practices, the only data that may exist related to your usage is:
- Usage quota data stored locally on your device (not on our servers).
- Subscription information managed by Apple and RevenueCat (not stored by us directly).
How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like to request deletion of any data associated with your use of ClearMind AI, please:
- Send an email to support@clearmind.puresoftltd.com
- Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line
- Provide your App Store receipt or any identifying information related to your account
Timeline
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the request has been completed.
Subscription Data
If you have an active Pro subscription, subscription data is managed by Apple through the App Store. To cancel your subscription and request deletion of subscription data, please manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings or contact Apple Support directly.
