ClearMind AI is a mobile application that provides AI-powered voice recording, transcription, and text processing tools. The app offers the following features:

  • Voice Recording & Transcription — Record audio and receive AI-generated transcriptions.
  • Smart Summarization — Condense long texts into concise summaries.
  • Text Polish — Improve writing with AI-powered grammar and style suggestions.
  • Text Expansion — Expand brief notes into detailed, structured content.

Free Tier

ClearMind AI offers a free tier with the following limitations:

  • 3 voice recordings per day
  • 5 text tool uses per day (Summarize, Polish, Expand combined)
  • Basic transcription quality
  • Text-only export

Pro Subscription

The Pro subscription unlocks unlimited access to all features:

  • Unlimited voice recordings
  • Priority transcription quality
  • Unlimited Summarize, Polish, and Expand usage
  • PDF and DOCX export formats
  • Price: $4.99/month

Subscription Management

Pro subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

Intellectual Property

ClearMind AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClearMind AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, record, or input into ClearMind AI. Your audio recordings and text inputs are processed solely to provide the requested service and are not stored on our servers after processing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ClearMind AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the app's reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ClearMind AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect upon the next app update. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
