  • Usage data — Free tier usage limits are tracked locally on your device to manage daily quotas.

Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what we do not collect:

  • No account or registration is required to use the app.
  • No personal information (name, email, phone number) is stored on our servers.
  • No analytics or tracking services are used.
  • No audio recordings or text inputs are stored on our servers after processing.

Third-Party Services

ClearMind AI uses the following third-party services:

  • ClearMind AI API Server (clearmind.vietts.dev) — Processes AI requests including transcription, summarization, text polishing, and text expansion.
  • RevenueCat — Manages in-app purchase subscriptions for the Pro tier. RevenueCat's privacy policy applies to subscription data.
  • Apple Inc. — Handles payment processing for App Store purchases. Apple's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Data Retention

We do not store your audio recordings, text inputs, or processed results on our servers. All data is processed in real-time and discarded immediately after the response is returned to your device.
